A morning of movement, mindfulness, and milestones!

✨ We began with a peaceful Opening Prayer
🌬️ Grounded ourselves through Pranayama
🌞 Flowed through 108 Surya Namaskars — each step with purpose and strength
📄 Each student was given a Tracker Sheet to complete and celebrate their 108 journey!
💪 Took on the Plank Balance Challenge
🤝 Enjoyed teamwork with Partner Yoga – Boat Pose
🧘‍♀️ Ended with a relaxing Guided Shavasana
